The Story
Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC sits along the historic C&O Canal in the heart of Georgetown, one of the city's most established addresses for five-star hospitality. The hotel is home to Bourbon Steak, chef Michael Mina's modern American steakhouse — a bilevel dining room designed by the Rockwell Group in the hotel's former Garden Terrace tea room, with a private dining room that looks directly out over the canal.
This shoot moves through the property's guest suites and public spaces, the dining rooms at Bourbon Steak, and the Georgetown waterfront just outside its doors — a property that balances Washington's political gravity with a quieter, canal-side sense of place. As a New York-based hotel photographer working worldwide, this shoot is part of a broader hospitality portfolio spanning cities, coastlines, and safari lodges alike.
